It's all about the wholistic approach- it's never just about the food- it is a lifestyle and I cannot praise it enough. Look up on the internet about how to make cleaning products- all of this is about treading the earth gently and re-establishing our depleted relationship with our fellow earth inhabitants- animals.

My oldest daughter made some toothpaste with baking soda but I haven't looked up raw stuff yet. I made a skin mask from the gel left over from soaked flax seeds and some wheatgrass pulp from after juicing though- I will look- thanks!

The love in the food is palpable. I live in America and we are well catered for over here- you can basically find somewhere to eat almost everywhere- but to see this in the UK/Europe- I will honk the praises wherever I go. Well done and I hope London will have a raw food haven one day soon.

That gorgeous raw place, 'MANNA' looks just WONDERFUL!! If ever I am in Brighton then I will search out Kyle's shop for sure. Thanks to Kyle for having a raw resturant and thanks to you for finding it.
