Dave palumbo was a mediocre bodybuilder, mostly due to genetics, not for lack of trying, or lack of ambition.

He is a very knowledgeable individual, no doubt about that.

Not the greatest though. Plus got his ass fired from MD. Along with Romano.

Also, ketosis is great, but not if you want to retain your musclemass. His diet is a little ridiculous, just look at Centopani's gains, and Warrens, once they got off that keto diet.

Dave is one of the coollest people you will ever meet. Not the ideal structure for bodybuilding, but his goal was to be a giant freak of muscle, and he did just that.

He competed at the national level, and IMHO at some shows he should have been first place, but there are other more political reasons he was not given a Pro Card. The guy is very honest about what he believes in, and that honesty has a cost in the closed system of the IFBB.

This has nothing to do with use of performance enhancing substances. Two completely different things. In a male bodybuilder, steroids are not responsible for changes in facial structure or skin folds. Other drugs are used which could initiate bone and skin changes, but they are protein hormones, not anabolic steroids. Facial lines are not an exclusive symptom of performance enhancing drugs either. Attempting to disparage an individual with only ignorance as a weapon will ultimately result in shooting yourself in the foot.
