  • The sound of the wind would have hidden and covered up the true sound of your "sound system" almost completely I am sure.

Hope to see and hear the noise that this aeroplane really makes next time you film it again.

Can't wait to see it in real life at the flying field ..................... :-)

  • @MrHelidude It sure did. It was good to experiment in the windy conditions. The sound system still did a good job, as it could still be heard in person even though the wind was trying hard to prevent it.

  • The sound really does die down when the batteries get low dont they, I have only put 7.4v 2S in mine of 1300mAh to keep it light (70g) but reckon it will need charging before every flight to keep that sound LOUD ;)

    good camera btw...works well :)

  • @Simonmall719 Hi Simon yeah you do need to keep on top of the battery power. Yesterday was was a good test as the wind conditions were bad, yet some of the sound managed to get through. Sound was OK considering all the factors. Anything of lesser quality wouldn't cope with what I threw at it yesterday so happy with end result. Thinking of flying with a 5 cell for a bit more punch as yesterday I was full throttle into the wind.
