Its a Shame, If someone buy a hamster they should get a huge cage with burrows and running space. Scater the food so they foridge and replicate there natural enviroment. Its the same with all pets.
Exactly, that's what I wanna do with my syrian hamsters, I'm gunna get them large aquariums fill it half full with burrowing sand, gravel, rocks, and everything that it would find in the wild. They're gunna love it.

yep, that's how hamsters are. I let my hamster out in the house, and usually after about 20 minutes he gets bored and goes back to his cage
