She memorized that ENTIRE SPEECH except a few bullet points. She memorizes every speech she does, and Obama probably hasn't memorized a speech in years. You think Obama's competent? 1. More than one founding father.

2. SOME of the duties of Vice President.

3. The fact that Africa is a continent, not a country.

4. The Bush Doctrine, so she'd know if she really supports it.

5. How to finish a gubernatorial term without resigning.

Obama is a very eloquent impromptu speaker.
