In the west and north we have only Indo-European (Aryan) and pre-Indo-European (Caucasian) peoples, so still mixed but much less than the east. Greece has also had mass Turkic/Semitic migration over time. Original Greeks looked like northern Europeans, not hairy scumbags now..
