Michael Burgess Congressional Town Hall meeting - Part II

When the Lady from the League of Women Voters asked Congressman Burgess to support HR3200, people loudly BOOED.

She said quality is not enough and asked that it provide quality, safety, a system wide program to coordinate information and establish Best Practices. Then someone in the crown shouts "EUTHANASIA" (7:47)

That comment demonstrates how badly the citizens opposing this bill are misinformed.  This is just one of the many lies being spread in opposition to the bill.

As usual, someone writing ugly comments does it with typos, misspellings and while anonymous.

I challenge anyone to just listen...listen, read the actual bill and stop parroting rightwing talking points, they aren't factual.

Who writes thoise stupid comments across the screen? This meeting of Americans conducted as a civil meeting - please don't talk about 'Classy' when it is cowardice to sit back and 'jab' someone who has had the initiative to exercise the rights of any public citizen in the US.... at a proper political event arranged within the law and the consitution. This is unlike many of the processes currently adopted by 'our government' like the TARP, this Healthcare and other bills force-fed to the cong

The "rights" to be uncivil and rude to one another? I'm supposed to respect that? How is it cowardice when I put my name on my comments? I suppose you think I should have just yelled my comments at the top of my lungs as I stand anonymously in a crowd?

We may disagree on the issue, but don't you dare call me a coward. I do what I do openly and without any regrets because I love my country.
