Wii- Family friendly console that at maximum resolution only supports 480p through component cables and doesn't support 1080p or 720p HD, has terrible graphics and specs, has a terrible user interface menu, can't play DVD's, very unstable, boring, and strict online, laggy online gameplay, poor hardware, barely any software, lack of internal memory space, you have to buy an SD card just to get 2gb of space, nothing interesting on Wii Shop, only has dumb motion controls which get boring in a week

Many small, almost expected, therefore unnoticeable, parts about this game reminds me so much of TP. It looks extremely different (lulz pouty link), but some small details and animations looks almost similar to how TP Link would react.

C'ept those khaki pants... Could have given him dusty tights that weren't really tights again. Now he looks like he's wearing german pants (which I bet some people would be totally fine with.)

@MinDiliPhotography I think it's gonna be a little similar to Wind Waker. Tetra didn't start off as a princess but nearing the end, she becomes Princess Zelda. Since this game is set before Ocarina of Time, I say that it makes sense that she isn't a princess just yet. You've got to remember that this game is set before Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess, before Hyrule and the mastersword. It's going to be the "history" of those games not the "future."

@TheJabbawakie Actually Nintendo was SUPPOSED to put a sex scene in Skyward Sword, but it seems they left it out. A video was leaked of the ZeLink sex scene (end of game) in Skyward Sword back in April, but Nintendo almost IMMEDIATELY responded (had it taken down the same day it was uploaded). This is probably why they took the "good ending" out.

@JenkemToweringMidget I understand what you're saying, and I disagree completely, a shield, no matter what its material is, will break eventually if struck hard enough and enough times.

We don't know how many hits the shield can sustain, it could be 100 hits, which seems reasonable to me.

Also, we don't know if it breaks as in splits, or if it indeed does just become bent, to the point that its unusable. So it may not even be breaking, rather than becoming useless.

Dude actually you start off with 6 heart containers in this one, because nintendo wanted to ramp up the difficulty, and all enemies do one hearts worth of damage per attack, they decided that three hearts would be impossible.

@berthon15 if so will half hearts still exist cause if not then its still really the same difficulty just a new show of more hearts for equivilant hearts. but i guess it will mean less is gained each boss so ok, harder...kinda. Do like the idea of shields with durability cause that means you will use up precious ruppes on more shields and not on mini games and potions and...wait that doesn't sound so good. they could already be eaten and some burned. now the mirror shield will break...Bad luck

@Starfox64nintendo Yes, you do need motion plus for this. There is a $70 dollar Skyward Sword bundle that comes with a Golden Wiiimote Plus (better battery life than a normal wiimote with the attachment) with the triforce on it, as well as a copy of the game's soundtrack.

I have to put my opinion out here, I am not overly impressed with the twilight princess/Wind Waker blend. I like wind waker because everything was "toony" and WW Link looked like he had to be "toony". I like TP graphics but I wouldn't like them on a wind waker link and vise-versa. A cartoon-esque Twilight Princess Link is just not my cup of tea.

I like the idea of a sword meter, reminds me of the old wooden shield from occarina that was destroyed if it caught on fire. Lets face it, Link doesn't get a MASTER shield, he gets a MASTER sword. The fact that his shield never broke after being shot with balls of lighting, bitten by all kinds of teeth, and cut by swords twice as big as Link himself and never getting so much as a dent is a tad ludacris. The upgrade system makes a lot more sense: start small and grow into something formidable.

6:03 REALLY reminds me of the eye bug in a tunnel of Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks, when you need to get through the tunnel to go to a Lokomo. It's a really easy boss, but it scares the sh*t out of you when you fight him the first time xD

Wee need changes, TP was a graphical upgrade of OoT.

Voice actors for all except Link, he is supposed to be you anyway. Harder boss fight and just harder enemies overall. Have some death penalty, not auto saves in every room so you never have to do anything twice, common with todays games, you start right were you died.

Having blood or gore does not make the game more mature or epic. Sometimes it works the other way, like GoW and the movie 300 when it gets silly and childish
