Unfortunately, I believe Fight Night is going to surpass this. I'm far from a boxing fan (UFC all the way) but so far the graphics are better and the overall gameplay seems to be better. Of course, a UFC game involves a whole lot more work as it is not just two guys punching. I love this UFC game but Fight Night looks absolutely beautiful.

That doesn't mean it will be no use buying the UFC game. I don't really understand why so many people are comparing the two because as far as I'm concerned they are two different games. There is a BIG difference between boxing and MMA and it will really depend on one's preference to which sport they like more that will decide which game they want. I'm an overall MMA fan and have never appreciated boxing so I'll get UFC WAY before FN4. But, eventually, FN4 will be in my collection.
