I swear, this is the hardest game I ever played. I'm doing well having increased my health from 100 to 220 in four real-life days and acquiring 2 different guns and finding so many items with enhancements but I am in no way prepared for the Wall of Flesh. Funny thing is it is always saying that a meteorite has landed but i end up searching all over the place but finding no meteors or meteorite. My Flintlock Pistol has served me well as i killed the Eye of Cthulu using only a Flintlock Pistol. :D

@dragonballzrule Not trying to start a war here, but Minecraft is just as good as Terraria. There are certain aspects of Minecraft that are more/less fun than Terraria. Minecraft Pros: More Monsters, More variety of Music (Than just one theme for the surface) and you can mod the game.

Pros of Terraria: More Bosses, Music seems better in some cases, Better technology (Drills etc.), Wire is easier to use than Redstone.

So you see, Minecraft and Terraria are BOTH great games.

@CheatsEnabled I think the way you view Terraria and Minecraft are a bit flawed.

Firstly, Redstone in Minecraft is a completely different concept than Wiring in Terraria. Redstone may not be easy, but it's not supposed to be. Wiring is simply creating a link. Redstone is on or off. (Then you throw in all these repeaters, redstone torches, and gates.)

Terraria has more monsters and a larger variety of weapons and tools. Terraria having more modern tech isn't a pro. It's still fantasy.

@Razer1103 You still don't understand. By "More Monsters" I mean "More monsters on the surface at night". In Terraria there are usually only two types of Monsters at night on the surface. Demon Eyes and Zombies. Minecraft has Creepers, Zombies, Spiders, Endermen etc. Do you understand me now?

Terraria has different types of eyes, gastropods, unicorns, eater of souls, corruptors, mummies, wraiths, possessed armors, not to mention all the monsters that exist in water, the underworld, and just plain underground. I mainly use a new 1.1 map. Still, I do get blood moons, and I love them. During blood moons I can run a machine non-stop to infinitely produce souls of light and night, at high speeds. (Leaving me with 600 or more a night). But I pwn all enemies, so I don't hate them :3

Imagine the WoF in maplestory...the damn thing just moving closer and closer to the end of the map...and that thing with like...8bil hp instead of 8k, and if it reaches the end of the map everyone dies from insta-kill. And it's exactly 2hrs before you all die...such a time crunch...and this would be the boss music for it.

If this boss wasn't so easy in Terraria...it would be every terraria player's worst nightmare.

@laserblad this will always happen, the "preparations" i would worry about is the corruption spreading insanely fast to nearly any block. the blood moon will always be the first night after defeating the wall flesh, so that should expected for all n00bs out there.

@tenijosh imo armored skeletons are much more of a threat since they spawn more and chaos elementals don't teleport as much as you would think. It's a good way to get crystal shards for spells, potions, etc. And you can get souls for wings and other spells. As far as I can see the hallow eating up your mine is a good thing unless you can't handle a tiny bit more of difficulty.

2. Dungeon for Skeletron.

3. Farther than 1/3 of the map for King Slime.

4. Underworld for Wall Of Flesh.

Sounds like the hardmode bosses; something about the song inspires the feeling that fallen adversaries are out for revenge. The first six seconds, in my opinion, suggest foreshadowing, like a familiar noise in the distance coupled with the grinding of gears, followed by an immediate quick cut to your ubercharacter fleeing his/her house, lasting for about twenty seconds. The third segment of the song makes me think of the character trying to hide from the boss.

I don't know; we'll have to see.
