I saw one fly over Piedras Blancas on 7/24/2010. I was looking at some big bull elephant seals at about 6:30 pm and it flew about 100 feet over my head. For about 1 second I thought it was a turkey vulture but there was no mistaking it. I was to busy yelling "thats a fuXXing condor" to think about taking a picture.
