This is the Shito-Ryu version of bunkai. If you are refering to it as poor because it is not done at full speed and power the, bunkai was performed intentionally in that manner. The goal of this video is to not show off how good the people think they are but to provide a basic learning tool for those that have already been taught the bunkai and need clarification on a few points.
