loved the chirps. junk free meat from local producers is absolutely amazing. Around my area it is almost sweet corn time. Farmers market fresh simply cannot be beat.
So glad you made a mention of this on one of your vids, because it makes such a difference. Nothing beats just picked or plucked ;)
I love buying fresh food at our local farming market. It tastes, smells and looks much better and it's fun looking around! People should support local farmers more. =)
Hey Todd, I live in Greensboro, and I saw your segment on Kalawi Farms Peaches. They are the best in NC in my opinion. Ask about their "Winblo" variety. They are the sweetest, most juicy peach I've ever had.
Chef Todd, I applaud your desire to cook with local ingredients, for all the reasons you listed in the video. Eating seasonally would go a long way in making our agricultural system more sustainable, and when people have the confidence and skill to ditch recipes, go get fresh, local produce and make dinner with it: we're good to go!
Hey I'm glad you decided to endorse locally grown food, and organic. Not only is it better for you, but its also more environmentally ethical, and supports local economies.

No, she was the third person to walk in front of the camera as I was filming. It was a dirty look.
