loved the chirps. junk free meat from local producers is absolutely amazing. Around my area it is almost sweet corn time. Farmers market fresh simply cannot be beat.

Hey Todd, I live in Greensboro, and I saw your segment on Kalawi Farms Peaches. They are the best in NC in my opinion. Ask about their "Winblo" variety. They are the sweetest, most juicy peach I've ever had.

Chef Todd, I applaud your desire to cook with local ingredients, for all the reasons you listed in the video. Eating seasonally would go a long way in making our agricultural system more sustainable, and when people have the confidence and skill to ditch recipes, go get fresh, local produce and make dinner with it: we're good to go!
