looking forward to this starting, both hubby and I have CP have higher education, but wouldn't have, if we were denied regular education....my parents worked hard to get me to 'pass', and didn't have me diagnosed until 1969 (9 years old) to prove I could do the work, staying in public school, rather than special ed.I thank them daily in my mind. My husband was in school the first year of inclusion, 1974. we're lucky our parents demanded self sufficiency...we live now in our own home.
