How do you teach them to do that?! The smartest bunny I've ever had would potty in the litter box and hide from my bf's mom (she didnt know about the bunny and bunnies weren't allowed lol)

Training rabbits is just like training dogs. For the shake command, it's pretty simple. Take the bunny's foot and wiggle it twice after saying, "Shake", then give it a treat, and repeat this daily. It will get the hang of it eventually. Just don't try to train it to do all this "awesome" and "cool" stuff, like opening doors, because that will just end it up getting run over or lost, or chewing up everything you own. Bunnies are cute... But they chew stuff like hell.

Rabbits are very smart! They prove it all the time. Our house bun goes out on the deck, and my wife trained him to come back inside when you say "bye bye." I just say "bye bye Ben. Bye bye, " and he goes back inside and I tell him what a good bun he is. I love rabbits.

I dunno, One of my friends had a pet rabbit who simply could not be persuaded not to munch on the poison ivy, no matter how many times he got sick from touching it. I dunno if all rabbits are smart enough to do tricks.

You take the treat and let the bunny smell the treat until she makes a complete circle while you say a command. That's all it takes. Keep doing it and she'll get it one day.
