You didn't do Act 5 on insane or hardcore or casual... All you did on act 5 was do perfect reloads to unlock the achievement. you show all the other acts unlocking but you dont show act 5 unlocking. act 1-4 work but not act 5. you dont have to fake that you can unlock act 5.
