G3 mission where you fight both Gold rathian and Silver rathalos in the Arena. Break the rathalos' face, but try to avoid breaking anything on the rathian. I got 2 heavenly scales that way. Cutting off the tail also helps.

i cant get divine plate i killed rathalos (normal) g rank 23 times didnt get it and silver 7 times didnt get it.

Flash Rathalos when he is in mid-air. Sometimes, he drops a shiny and the shiny might be a Divine Plate.

Other than that, break his face, cut his tail and capture.

Luck booster, rewards celebrity and Mega lucky cat all help in improving the rewards.
