What happened to this lady and her home? I saw this on TV when it came out last year. We had to file an injunction against (Litton) aka Goldman Sachs. Wells Fargo is terrible! I tried to modify my loan, and they offered me a whopping $14 less a month!!! They made me send and resend the same dang paperwork at least 8 times...then I tried to modify again. Yep, fax another 8 times. They just can't seem to find anything! You are not allowed to talk to the same person, and are stuck with extreemly RUDE customer service reps who know nothing and can tell you nothing. It is a hopeless cause to try with Wells Fargo.

Hey I did that. It was working pretty good until June 28, 2007 when a 30 man SWAT team from the local Gestap, I mean, Sheriff's Department broke in and hauled me out in shackles. 2 years ago we refinanced our home with the plans to refi 2 years later for a fixed rate.

Well we owe more on our house then it is worth. Can't refinance. Our payment has ARM up beyond what webring home. All I want is a payment we can afford. They won't work with me. If they can do a short sale and forgive an agreed to amount then they should be forced to lower the principle to that amount.
