@MrRyukage It's about her friend who died from a drug overdose, so perhaps she's saying how in the first chorus, there's no way you could die of an overdose, and then in the second one, she realised that you could, because it happened to a friend, and she didn't know how she could have been so wrong, maybe? I'm not really sure, but that's just my interpretation. Hope that helped?
