The solution for this is simple, you will need to place the Blackra1n executables in the Apple folder under Common files in Program Files. The folder would be located in the following locations:

Wonder if you can help me? I did all the things mentioned in your list like moving the blackrain exe. to that folder, and create the shortcut. So the shortcut runs fine. My iTouch screen changes to that dude and then goes to a picture of the cable connecting to iTunes instead back to the normal screen, so this means I have to restore it again. Can you help?

ok, I just wrote a very long message and lost it before I posted it, but you're worth trying again. OK, went over 3 weeks without ipod. I tried re-installing ITunes 9.1, not; I tried gorilla method, not; I worked on computer projects at home, and then you came along. I put the original blackra1n, not fixed in folder and made shortcut with any issues...That's why the wedding date is set for May of 2011, because I must be 7211. Funny how much we are attached to our custom devices! Love you :& IP.

My ipod wasn't working for 3 str8 days until i tried this method:

1.download and save blackra1n( Don't delete itunes!!)

2. Search ur computer for ASL.dl and save it to the apple software file in the apple folder in ur local C;drive

3. Copy & paste blackra1n into same folder as ASL.dl

4.download blackbreeze and save it to the same folder with blackra1n

5. run blackbreeze and click"fix my rain"

6.run blackra1n again and it should work!!!

for the ppl who dont noe how to access their "common foldesr" is because sometimes it is hidden

so what you have to do is on windows vista as you go to program files

on the left hand corner is a button called folders, click on it and in there you'll find common folders
