Actually, pharaoh wave (power fighters) and pharaoh shot (megaman 4) were two different attacks. As for the energy type, it may be heat/light/radiation or some other made-up one, like the "evil energy". Yeah, I'm kind of a nerd. :)

@Maliki321 Actually, the "Sigma Virus" was what made the Mavericks in the X series.

It's a theory that the "Evil Energy" mentioned on Megaman 8 was the original "Sigma Virus" which happened to go into certain robots, Zero was made with the energy inside of him when Wily still used it in his robots, and Sigma was infected by Zero with the virus. Unless you think that just because he left the base made him into a viral robot, which makes no sense.

Theory only, I'm certain if I explained myself to others that they might agree, but I could be wrong...
