Warren is great, but this is actually first done by Gregg Allman, who I think Warren sounds just like. check our gregg. does the mule ever tour in Texas?
WHAT I THINK IS OBVIOUS: HERE we are BLESSED to have such "GUITAR GODS" as Warren, Clapton, Bonamassa, etc...who ARE STILL with us !! May they BE protected with all our LOVE!!!

I had the pleasure of seein the trio in 97. I've been a huge fan ever since. I'll be in Des Moines next sunday for the show. I hear they not touring after this year. What a bummer!!!!
Bill I'll tell ya, great Video and I am enjoying seeing Warren getting better and better.
I highly recommend catching their current tour. Iv'e seen one and about to check out another. Jacky Green is one of the more recent talents worth giving a chance while he's on tour with Gov't Mule.
Well put, man. In the past 25 years the biggest threats to real music have been American Idol and MTV. Kids and a lot of grown people don't know what good music is anymore because of it.
to me this is music Warren is a living legend as far as i am concerned saw mule in 96 far that first time opening for the crowes, ihave been a huge fan since this is what style is all about, the mountain jam is the balls and i would recomend it it is a Warren filled weekend just when ithought the jam scene is dead it is far from dead
How do you folks get all of these good videos? Is this from a DVD release I don't have or just awesome bootlegs? There's like 6 songs from the same show, I want them
I was in the control room with Tom Dowd watching the studio version being recorded in April 1990(Seven Turns CD). Warren did his solo in one take, he blew me away!
Check out any Allmans instant live CD. Especially the one from PNC arts center. Best version of this song bar none. Studio version of anything Warenn plays doesn't compare to live. Warren was born to play live.
Love this band!!
