Osaka is, i think, the best destroyer you can buy but its painfully hard to fully equip with psp unless you get lucky and do that trick with the multiple buys. I had to give up x3 because of the time it took up. Anyway nice vid.
that's the ion cannon (cmod3-version) and the boron m2 uses them in its left&right turrets (they're quite near the front an can fire straight ahead... 24 guns shooting at one aim xD).
