  • Brian Molko has really weird face and voice

  • me likey Placebo version... yes, hello this please

  • They KILLED this. Was blown away when it came on during Velvet Goldmine...

  • This song isn't by Placebo, it's a T. Rex song. Placebo just covers it (and does a damn fine job, in my opinion).

  • Siouxxie and the Banshees did also a very good version early on their career..

  • This song is why I fell in love with the Glam Rock Style :)

  • Er singt nicht schlecht but marc singt better !!!

  • haleluja!

  • essa musica e boa demais

  • If i hear another thing about Lambert on this songs I'm gonna go nuts. He's nothing like Placebo or Bowie or anyone in Velvet Goldmine ,just because he's gay and he wears glittery make up dosn't make him glam-rock. I think he's ok , have nothing against him but Adam Lambert sings POP ! Mm'kaay ?!

  • @MsFuriousAngel I think I'm in love with you.

  • @MsFuriousAngel everyone sings pop. poop isnt a real genre, it is short for popular. bob dylan, led zeppelin, and mozart would have all been considered 'pop; once upon a time. I agree with you that adam ambert has nothing to do with this movie. he does however, try to bring elements of glam rock into his music

  • hmmhhhhmm :D

  • think its brian molko

  • u know i loved the movie, simply because of the music. does somebody want to tell me though, da hell this movie was about?

  • @Musicaljunki Well hmm.. it's about the general glam rock scene in the 70's really. But it's also kind of a thing about David Bowie (Brian Slade).

  • @Musicaljunki It was basically an unofficial recreation of the Relationship between Iggy Pop (The stooges, basically the creator of punk rock) and David Bowie, with lots of artistic freedom, as well as a picture of the late '60s/early '70s glam scene (which as a whole were the direct precursor to punk rock)

  • Wow, I expected worse, but this is... good!

  • T rex

  • Adam Lambert is doing this song justice!

  • I can't help but shake my hair to this song, haha

  • noy bad,but T;rex is way better=)

  • When I first saw Velvet Goldmine years ago, I hardly knew Placebo, so I didn't know that this song was actually played by them in the movie. The whole time I was thinking "Wow, this Jack Fairy guy sounds a hell of a lot like Brian Molko" haha...

  • LIKE THIS SONG- VOICE WISE I PREPARE ADMA LAMBERT VOICE SING THIS SONG.

  • Sorry, T. Rex was better.

  • brian molko is so damn hot :D

  • Awesome soundtrack!!!! Great cover by Placebo!!!!

  • all of this is because of marc bolan and the great underrated t.rex placibo know it.

  • great song!

  • I love both of the versions , T-Rex one is just an anthology, it's "the" version but Placebo version is also cool, kinda speed, very cool love it

  • now thats the way to make a cover song dont try and change the speed or anything to 'make it your own' it never works.good job!!

  • its good but cannot beat the original :)

  • placebo rule but i turned this film off! its horrible!

  • is this sing by brian slade or placebo? please answer meXD!

  • Placebo ;)

  • @cooppygirl

This song is originaly by a band called "T-Rex".

  • @cooppygirl It's originally a T-Rex song covered by Placebo

  • @cooppygirl

    T REX

  • @cooppygirl Placebo...........

  • I love Placeboo.(:

    This song is Beautiful.(L)

  • i like this version more tbh

  • @Evilboy36 your right, this version is awful,T.Rex wrote it and proformed it 10000000 times better than this

  • drain s.t.h does it the best. no comparrison!!

  • Nah, the Drain STH version is too slow. The energy in Placebo's cover is what makes it so good :)

  • This song is pretty good, but i'm not sure who's version is better: placebo's or t'rex's?

  • trex all the way

  • velvet goldmine es un aborto de biopic de bowie, pero placebo son realmente geniales :D

  • love this song cant help to clap and sing along

  • Wow, this is awesome! I love placebo :D and Velvet Goldmine!

  • thanks :) yeah, placebo and velvet goldmine rocks!

  • can you tell me what is this movie about?

  • Glam Rock on the late 70s
