errrr, do you mean final fantasy viii? if so, i ripped the .ISO from my personal copy and converted the file to make it playable on my psp. theres tons of tutorials on youtube thatll show you how to put psx games on your psp.

as for getting the game if you dont have it, you can search that too.

hacking your psp requires a pandora battery

[you should use a spare] and a MMS(magic memory stick).

look it up, you can probably just get someone

well, it sounds complicated, but its actually easy.

either you rip the iso image from you personal game, and convert it into an EBOOT.

orrrrrr, you can do it the easier way and download it. a good site to download psp/psx games is
