Do any of you even know why he doesn't try to use a computer??? Its because when he was tortured, his arms were broken countless times and never set right, and now as a result, he struggles to even lift his arms. In an interview he said that his wife does everything on the computer for him because he physically struggles trying to work it, but yes he is computer illiterate because it is hard to learn something when you physically struggle to do it.

Presidents were perfectly capable of running this country before computers were everywhere..before they were even invented. I highly doubt that his inability to use a computer will seriously inhibit his expertise. It's so sad that so much of society today cannot function without a computer telling them what to do and when to do it. I know old people who live day to day with hardly any problems who have never used a pc.

If you've looked at Bush and McCain's records they haven't always seen eye to eye. People are claiming that it's going to be more of the same when these people obviously have just drank the Obama KoolAid. Actually, McCain and Bush are QUITE different and McCain has ACTUALLY tried to work with Democrats. He even has some Democrat friends who were the ones that called him a 'Maverick' because he was against Bush and the strict conservatives SO often.

Here's a fun fact: He voted PRESENT the majority of the time. Why? Because he obviously can't make a tough decision to save his life. When I used the phrase "sitting senator" I wasn't refering to their physical position. I was refering to their lack of doing ANYTHING worthwhile in the Senate.

I'd vote for a POW because he actually has the guts to stand up for something. Obama can't even make senate decision.

Presidents have a staff. Senator Obama had a paid staff to help him research bills but he has the Number one spot as the top man who votes PRESENT instead of yes or no, he can't lead and do what he was elected to do for the people. We are not looking for an administrative assistant, we are looking for a leader. Obama has shown us he can raise hype but he doesn't have a history of leadership. He has a history of cut and run.

The computer is a productivity tool primarily but used by a lot of people as an entertainment tool. For a Senator, President, etc. using a tool like a computer is not the best way to be more productive. They are not sitting around sending an email to a head of state, or reading the morning news online, or wasting time browsing youtube. In fact using a computer is likely a less productive way for a President to get his work done.

No, but in Lincoln's day they also did not have laws dealing with technology. Computers play a major part in the world now. There are many of laws being passed that deal with technology in this day and age.

Computers and technology have grown exponentially. With net neutrality becoming a huge issue, Obama was the only candidate to talk about the issues of net neutrality. Don't tell me that the internet doesn't matter these days, because it is a huge part of our society. How is a President who doesn't know just a little about technology, solve America's tech problems. America's internet services are crap compared to China, Japan, Korea, and heck, even our neighbors in Canada.
