  • A big part of learning the weapons themselves, is to learn to improvise weapons from the environment. In a pinch, a large shard of glass or a flattened soup can can be used as a shuriken, or a coffee can lid. A short piece of re-bar, angle iron, or large splinter of wood from a wood palate makes a dandy "throwing knife" or bo shuriken. Even a plain rock or chunk of concrete the right size can be thrown with enough force and accuracy to slow down, stop, or distract an attacker and let you escape.

  • This is true. Adaptation is very important. My experience from the conflicts I have engaged in have shown me that what I already have on me is fastest to obtain. Usually the threat is trying to get in on me before I can grab something else. This has been my experience and perhaps an event will happen where this will change, who knows. You can also borrow there weapon :). This will help your innocence when the authorities show up. In any event it is good to be prepared though.

  • good job Sam.Thanks for sharing
