He wasn't aimming for the head, he may have heard footsteps or he may have played Dust 2 before and knew people tend to hug that wall when they cross through. And people like to camp on those boxes. Personally the shot by the car is just estimation/luck plus sound of a knife... and the bullets spotted tearing through wood to his location. The 2nd shot... obvious spot. Third shot dumbass to be camping near T spawn by that box instead of completing obj. Listen to the sound also two obvious sounds were made. The knife and on the 2nd shot you could hear the guy trying to run into that corner. "Original sound" quality is higher than this record so i'm sure he heard that guy sprinting in there.
