i got the reel impulse to infinite his combos are nice but i still think zidanes are easier

The combos you pull off is pretty much how well you can time the attack the moment your opponent hits the ground. Don't you just hate it when you place both feet on the floor and you can't make a move even for a split second? Grr

Do you notice that when Bartz uses EX Burst, each weapon deals individual damage? (Light Saber and Caladbolg do 34/46 damage, Mage Masher and Dark blade do 63/11, Axe and Buster do 51/57, and Gunblade and Onion Sword do 40/38). Do you know how the damage is calculated?

Yeah, same deal. I think my increased dodge is making these combos harder to pull off.

I can't consistently hit with Reel Axe->Slide Hazzard. Do you have any of the dodge boosting abilities equipped? Increased dodge distance or duration might be screwing me up.

okay i know that dodge cancel is dodging backwards, and forward dodge is self explanitory, but what exactly is time cancel? is it just waiting for the animation to stop?

Like RedMewtwo said, these combos are completely worthless against humans, so you should at least state in the info that reel impulse is too easy to dodge.

Also, the slide hazzard combos wont be easy to pull off with lag, and you'll need to fight next to the ground for them to work.

Good job anyways, as far as CPU combat goes they are very useful.

I personally think that all the Reel Impulse combos are not worth it, as the axe is a pain to hit on humans.

In that case, you'd have to work with more aerial combos. I'm sure you can figure something out. if not, there's always Holy/Flare spam.

You know, no matter what I try, I can't pull off a double Reel Impulse. Hell, I'm having trouble even hitting him with it. For some reason, I can't block Onion Knight's magic entirely, I still get hit somehow.

For the double RI, try to learn the timing. Same tip about blocking OK's magic...

Tap [R] multiple times to block multiple projectiles like OK's Thunder.

I have done so, but it doesn't really work well. Kind of like when two holy spells hit you at a time. You block one, but the other still hits.
