Since you were born with these gifts it's impossible for you to realize that very few individuals are as talented as you are. I'm a teacher by training and over the years I've learned to spot talented individuals. You are one of them. You are as necessary to us as blood is to the body. This will be no burden to you since you already suspect as much.

You have the intellect, the experience, and the beauty to draw us to yourself as if you were a magnet. In trying to dissect your past videos it suddenly dawned on me that you are a natural born teacher. Good teachers are born, not made and you are a prime example of that. You can no more stop teaching us than you can stop breathing.

ok I have to say that was the best motivational video for transgenders transitioning that I think I have ever seen, I am exactly in the path you were in once and now I am 30 and starting transition and wow it has been the best choice I have ever made, yeah the family back lash sucked, the finding a job is a pain, and some ppl just suck at life so much they try to make yours suck to, but at the end it is really about how you feel inside and thats were I am happy now :)

I have tried talking to a couple of therapists in my area in the past, but I wound up teaching them 5-7 years ago. Other than that, I have been researching and following several people on YouTube to help me comprehend what happens to some people during and after transition.
I thank all that has posted their lives here for the rest to view and learn from.

It doesn't matter how much I psyche myself up, i just can't find it in me to actually transition. I'm too scared. But which is worse, possibly losing those you love or living the rest of your life in a body that you absolutely despise?
Only you know the answer to that question and it may vary over time. Just as only you can decide if / when you transition. When the time comes you'll know and if necessary close your eyes and jump into the pool and swim and we will be there to help you as much as we can.
Just a thought: the oldest transwoman to get an SRS here in the Netherlands was 78 years old but keep in mind that with old age come health problems that may prevent going on HRT.
