Ofcourse it's going to taste nice it's got butter in it, btw don't try this at home you'll get the shits, he didn't show how to seal the meat properly.
I like the principle of this. What I find tricky is frying the meat - if you don't sear it, juices leak out and stop the fat from frying properly (it bubbles around the meat instead and doesn't cook it)
I've got round this in the past by using oils which get hotter than olive oil (e.g. rape seed oil). If someone can tell me how he's managing to avoid the juices leaxing, I'd love to know.
I'm from Holland but I think Marco is one of the best chef's ever existed. He now give us simple tricks with stockcubes because it is a time safer and the end result is good.Marco certainly knows that a fresh stoch is better but is more time consuming especially during the week and in this crisis you have to save money. There are many good stockcubes on the market so you have a variety of choice or brands with less salt and different herbs in it.Knorr is too salty for my taste.
Thank u Knorr for bringing us these beautiful videos of a total Master at work.. I say give him more money, make him do more videos, for all of us to enjoy!
