Awww, I used to love the Raccoons. <3 I miss them :( I loved being a kid with these programmes to watch. Snorks, smurfs, raccoons, poddington peas... the list goes on. Now the only cartoon I remember thats still going is Arthur.

Awh, I totally remember watching this. x] On at the same time as the Moomins, lawl. Looking back on it, I was like, 'aww, totally sweet for little kids'.

The main character I actually remembered was Cyril Sneer, mainly because of the fact OMG HE SMOKES A CIGARRE!! All the 'new' cartoons, they would digitally delete that because it's not 'good for the kids'. Get a life, much? Yeesh, totally down the drain.
