  • hahahaha! table full of assholes

  • Poor Josh.

This was probably Larry's biggest dick move in the series.

  • What the hell is "saucy" ... does he mean, too much sauce?

  • This is only fun if you know the larry david character

  • the fact that he makes them dessert even after he finds out that he's not getting the job cracks me up everytime. i just imagine him spitting into their dessert....or farting into it heh

  • @azurenscens Most likely dessert was ready to be served. Otherwise it would be a long wait. Most deserts of fine-dining aren't whipped up in a matter of minutes. Most are 30+min.

  • @HalloFusilli i never said anything about dessert...so i'm not sure how that's relevant to my comment, unless you think i should be humored by the time it takes to make dessert...

  • @azurenscens You said the fact that the chef still makes them desert AFTER he finds out cracks you up. So...

  • @HalloFusilli i like dessert. especially key lime pie...

  • + Deadwood

  • + The Wire and Game of Thrones

  • @posta09 The tv-show would not have existed for the books.

  • Yeah you're not getting the job, but can you still make us dessert?

Larry David is such a lovable prick, genius show.

  • @wow183 youre a fag

  • saucy

  • @wow183 153 thumbs up? It's scary to realize that a show this brilliant has so many fans who simply don't have the ability to properly understand a scene like this. I mean if that is what you got out of this scene, I feel really bad for you.

  • @grasd2

    Yes, it's rocket science.

  • @CollectivePreference for youtubers it is

  • I need to start from the first season watching this show. I have only watched episodes my buddy taped or clips here on youtube. I just hate that there is alot of catching up I have to do, and the show started back in 2000. I know it would be worth it though because everytime I watch the show, im hooked.

  • i don't like food when it's too saucy either

  • Ted Danson lmao

  • So GD funny! The way he looks down at his plate..."a little saucey..."

  • @wow183 Or...maybe it just shows how people try to make excuses and make being an "insensitive douche" look cool and acceptable when in reality people are being brainwashed by Hollywood to think that it is not only okay to be mean and not care for someones feelings, but that it's a good thing.

  • @ImNotYourFriend212 People are too sensitive, and I'm not going to spend my life tiptoeing around their feelings. Somebody hurt your feelings? Grow up and deal with it, you fucking pussy.

  • @ApesMasCage Lol okay. Just sounds like a way to justify your bitchy/asshole behavior and be mean to everyone. I have a job where people are mean to me EVERYDAY but in the end being an asshole to everyone else just because I can is stupid. But whatever, I'm too busy trying to enjoy people verses tearing them down.

  • @ApesMasCage ROFL. Internet tough guys are funny.

  • Its well known that HBO has put out some great shows over the years but Curb is the only show that has yet to put out a bad season every HBO series as great as they were had at least one bad season in it Curb has yet to produce a bad one every single show has been top notch Larry is comical genius no question.

  • You have decaf?

  • this show is so golden.. every clip i've seen from it has been worth the time I spent watching it.

That is definitely not something I can say for most garbage TV programs of the last decade.

I really need to watch the actual seasons.

  • @Killer7481 You will not regret it ;) ,,but start from season 1

  • @Killer7481 my fav show ever

  • @Killer7481 you took the words out of my head. I swear every scene is worth every minute of my life. Fucking love this show.

  • @Killer7481 Hahaha I've been doing the same thing. I already know it's a hilarious show and I haven't seen a single episode. They keep popping up on my "related videos".

  • @Killer7481 Shows for you to consider:

    1. It's Always Sunny (Like seinfeld, but more sinister. Funny as hell.)

    2. Boardwalk Empire (If you're an intellectual, sophisticated violence.)

    3. Dexter (About a serial killer, good show)

    4. Breaking Bad

    5. Mad Men

  • @mahavishnuxc season 7 of sunny was terrible

  • @adamk4747 Oh yeah so was 6, but Seasons 1-5 are classic.

  • @mahavishnuxc ya season 6 wasnt terrible but it wasnt as good as 1-5. your the first person on youtube who has agreed that season 7 was terrible. everyone calls me an idiot but i think their the idiots because they cant recongnize the differnece because their is a huge difference

  • @mahavishnuxc Breaking Bad is the best tv drama I've ever seen. It's untouchable.

  • @mahavishnuxc I watch all these shows and agree that all of them are amazing but there is something about Curb and Seinfeld which I have just never found funny, i find the humor to be simply not funny.

  • OKAY IT WAS A FUCKING SNAPPLE. I GET IT! MOVING ON!!!!

  • @HillDueceua i can't believe people have been knocking you for 2 years about the snapple thing LOL!

  • @HillDueceua You did the crime, you must do the time.

Frutopia? What the hell were you thinking?

  • @mufc187 hahahaha :D

  • hahaha omg he told him what he actually thought of his cooking

  • @queekers rofl

  • Ted?

    no.

  • 0:31 is brilliant

  • I've watched thousands of these cooking competition tv shows and never once have I heard the judge say a meal was 'a little too saucy'.

  • lol the guy looks like hes gonna cry

  • the way he says it with his tone of voice and the squinty look on his face and the one hand on his chin and the other on his wine glass...makes me think of some stuck up insatiable bitch in a restaraunt. so i guess that's why i find it so funny?

  • @wow183 you missed the point of the scene idiot. Its about Larry coming up with a criticism that didn't make sense. Too saucy? Who the hell says something is too saucy?

  • @wow183 it's not about the guy being a pussy, it's about him getting rejected for something as small as having too much sauce in the food then larry has the gall to still ask for dessert. it's funny haha

  • @grasd2 Exactly. Larry's making fun of himself for being a curmudgeon at least as much as he's making fun of other people. Nuance is lost on people like wow183.

  • @TheGuest4000 I'm amazed at how many Curb Your Enthusiasm fans missed the point of this scene. You have to wonder how these idiots even enjoy the show and for what reasons if they can't even correctly appreciate a scene like this.

  • @wow183 wow. well put. that's wisdom. totally changes everything.

  • ..a little bit of skim milk.

  • i love this show!

but i cant watch it, it's too depressing. all these rich people bitching about nothing and losing their shit over bread and who's gonna sit where... it's like "our lives are so problemless with our hybrids and maids and mansions that we have to actually make up problems or we're gonna die of boredom". is that what we all want? this is the ultimate lifestyle?

    i need a drink...

  • @guguigugu ...hence.....Comedey

  • what a dick

  • funniest f'n scene.....ever

  • It starts out with one guy mentioning that "LARRY HAS SOMETHING TO TELL YOU" putting up shitloads of emphasis on what he is going to say. Add that together with the fact that NO ONE EVER says anything bad about anyones cooking is gonna fucking break this guys heart, right?

But.... the reality is.... it was just too saucy!!!!

  • 0:25 classic facepalm from Ted

  • I wouldn't take desert because it might have the special sauce.

  • Love Jeff's face at 0:25-0:26. Hilarious

  • Ted's about ready to kill Larry at this point.

  • "No, ill still take dessert." LOL he would

  • I'll take a decaf too. A little bit of skim milk. And change your knickers while you're at it because you've peed yourself.

  • Lol assholes

  • I dont get it...

  • I'll still have dessert. lol

  • @wow183 Lol, what?

  • geez this is funny. . just the fact that Ted Danson is a recurring character in Curb is hilarious

  • Anything else? ....... Nyer.. not really.

  • Gotta love that facepalm.

  • the shows great cause larry is such an asshole!

  • @fightingnate "The shows great cause larry is an asshole" EXACTLY! that's the point. The show is hilarious isen't it?...

  • @wow183 ... Well put. Very well put.

  • njeeeh, not really XD

  • hahahahaha i love when the guy says: saucy?!

  • If I were a gorgeous starlet, I'd snap that man up

    so fast!! lol

  • this is too funny

  • "Saucy?" LMAO!

  • got hes such a dick

    haha

  • is the other one out of cheers?

  • i love before this when teds like what did you think and larrys just like "Eh"

  • i love ted dansons facepalms LOL

  • Cringeworthy to the max! Ouch!

  • lol

  • jesus the poor chef, his expressions crack me up

  • " You have decafe? "

  • That's almost as bad as how he described a glass of wine as being "too oaky" lol

  • 0:19 the way he says it. :D

  • lmfao ill still have dessert

  • This is one of my favorite show

  • saucy?

  • anyone know why cheri oteri's episode of The Nanny isn't here? My favorite. :)

  • I seriously laughed my ass. "Saucy"??? haha. Larry's pathetic attempt to be a connoisseur

  • lol

  • I agree. Out of the context, I don't know what's so funny about it.

  • I guess forr a critique it was too vague?

  • that's like when Elaine offers Babu Bhat's brother a frutopia and he says "no, too fruity.". Who the hell wont eat something because it's too saucy?

  • He he yeah there is a lot of parallels between this and Seinfeld. ,,but I don't know, I have heard my farther say that, so it really doesn't surprise me that Larry says so :D

  • @davidrd85 on that note,

"Hey Larry, the Jerk Store called, and they're running out of you!"

this show = douchebaggery in its finest form.

  • @sovietsentinel "yah, well I had sex with your wife!"

  • @pegleg747

His wife is in a coma...

  • actually, elaine offered snapple

  • Uh....lots of people don't eat things that are too saucy. E.g., spaghetti with too many globs of sauce is often not considered very good by many people, especially Italians. Americans like their spaghetti with lots of sauce. Not the Italians.

  • I believe their are many italian americans who grew up with traditional italian cooking. Go to Italy and you will be sadlly mistaken in the ammount of sauce used in pasra.

  • @HillDueceua Well if it was drowning in sauce, that could really ruin it.

  • @IronHawk Agreed.

  • @HillDueceua It was a snapple

  • @Trimbler00 Nerd alert!

  • @HillDueceua alot of people things can be to saucy

  • @MrP945 Your lack of punctuation made your post sound incoherent. Faggot.

  • @arownsu haha well yours seemed to be realli intelligent

  • @HillDueceua

    it was a snapple btw

  • @HillDueceua It was actually a snapple, get your shit straight man

  • "I guess dessert's out of the question" "No I'll still take desert" LOL hilarious

  • you have decaf??? hahahahah

  • @computer11111111111 so selfish hahah

  • too saucy hahahahah

  • What the fuck is SAUCY? LMAO. I wouldn't help but laugh at that scenario.
