Great attempt - you'll learn a lot from making this short. Some really good moments here. Next time, just tighten the script up a little bit, and tighten the edit - maybe you could cut to a few more close ups in certain scenes - also, try and stick to the rule of thirds law. I would also ditch the onboard mic on the cam - they just aren't up to it - if you need sounds, add them in post - foley,fx,music etc.

Good job, at your guys age, I hadn't even picked up a camera, let alone shot a film

You should upload anything onto YouTube as a WMV file; the picture quality will be better. And my rule if you're going to use the Camera's mic is to not shoot dialogue scenes outside. Keep up the good work though,

I think some of the shots and direction is better - but the sound is still a problem. And yeah, it does look like u used a strobe effect...you have to make sure that when you render your film that it's set to 24 frames per second. This looks like 29 frames per second.. It should be in PAL instead of NTSC. Some of the fights were good, to an extent. What type of file is it when you uploaded it to YOUTUBE? Is it an Mpg. file?

i now have a lot more conconoius (spelling :S) on how to do scenes, shoot them and the camera position for sure i use a wmv file to upload so i dont know y its like this

Hey matt that was great i had been waiting to see it for ages but the only bad bits were the wind making really bad noises and when maison (if thats how you spell it) stabbed the guy with a trowel you should of done that bit from behind his back to make it look better! but apart from that it was amazing!!!! 9 and 3/4 out of 10!!!

I would have muted most the outdoor scenes in the movie, and dubbed over it, the wind sounded terrible. Really bad choice of music guys, I have heard some of those in your other films. Lets be honest, the editing wasn't to good, the 'fade to black' transitions ruined the suspense and actual horror of the scenes. The sound effects were all the same, and didn't match the scenes. But all up, it was fairly good, great acting, decent filming, (bad cam) and it was definitely better than number one! :)
