  • Ok ... there is a question guys for you, who owe this awesome machine.

Right now I've got microx - really lovely machine but it suffer with two really annoying things.

One is - When it's connected to computer via USB and if I'm in multi mode - I can image that would be equivalent of seq mode in M3 - and if I press stop in my DAW it switch off arpegiator. Does it happen in M3 too ?

Another - when I'm switching channels in editor on computer it crashes sometimes DAW - is M3 have same problem ?

  • yeah, record all combis and program using pads good idea lol -_-

  • How about some more Karma M3 videos? Still have your M3 or are you going for the Kronos?

  • Great demo. I assume the Kronos will have even more Karma pattern options vs the M3. Is that correct? What do you like better for live playing, Karma or the Arpeggiators of the Motif XF?

  • @Halunlimited As far as I know the Kronos will have the 2.1 implmetnation of Karma, that is the same as the OASYS in OS version 1.3.3, and the M3 with latest updates (i think, that might be Karma 2.0). However karma patterns can be created and shared by anyone with an adwanced karma capable board, so patterns should be endless.

  • @sp4zzer Thanks, that's great. Real nice showcase of Karma you did in this video. Really good collection of nice sounding, quality beats. I assume that each of these Karma can be saved for future sets and be pulled up whenever needed. I originally thought that Karma was kind of a random string that couldn't be replicated. But this sounds like it's arpeggiator plus even better.

  • @Halunlimited Hi againg.. This is not my video, I was just offering some info :)

  • @sp4zzer Thanks I appreciate your info.

  • oh men! how did you do to record the sound of your m3, the quality is perfect...! I wanna do so too.! what program did you use, method, etc ... hope your answer! thanks.!

  • @maxremigio21 : thru an usb external card Alesis 24bits/96khz (but I was recording at 44.1khz). In fact the sound from the M3 has so much dynamic, if you record it at 44.1khz on your computer it would render like that.

  • @houka10 thanks you for the answer, but I use the line-in port from a PC and quality is very good too. Thanks and long life m3.!

  • @houka10 , I think he just meant what have you done on the M3...the soundcard is not too relevant

  • what is the name of the combi from 3:12 minutes?? very dreamy one:)) thanks for a answer. from 4:20 was lovly too what is the name of that. 5:12 what is that name of the combi?

  • @ballademaker : sorry I don't remember, I have written it on a paper now lost, but almost all the combi are in order (first song are like A-something, after B-something etc...)

  • yea I love Karma I need to get the Karma software.
