That's similar to what John T. Reed recommends in his book Succeeding. He says the way to succeed is to identify your strengths and weaknesses. Then seek goals that fit those strengths and weaknesses using tactics and strategies that take advantage of your strengths and sidestep your weaknesses.
@Greyp455 Thank you very much. I appreciate hearing that. I'm not to excieted for some aspects of this position, but sometimes you don't get a good idea of what the job is until your in a one on one interview.
