Good advice, a safety net is a must otherwise it is gambling, the odds of winning and losing are the same but with this calculation you win very big and loose small, 2 wins and 2 losses give you a favourable profit. I would suggest to anyone thinking of making regular gains this is the only mathematical formula that does work, also study your target market, what is the lowest or highest that day etc, hope everyone makes lots of money, be happy!!

@hammertlme @hammertlme We cover this in the video briefly. MOST of the time using this strategy the investor LOSES a small amount of money - with contracts falling out of the money on one side or the other of the optimal zone. On the other hand, when both pieces land IN THE MONEY, the trader wins.

The key is learning to read the forex markets to help time your entry points for highest chance of success.

@optiontradingbasics0 well i ask many people and some says that it is gambling because you dont know the movement of the market and some says that it is another way of doing trading just like traditional stock trading but the payout is different. so i dont know which one is correct. And some even says that if this is gambling then every trading is gambling because they dont see it as gambling. I m asking this qustion because i dont want to involve in gambling and i m new to this business.
