I've been to Target Field, and I have to say MLB 10 The Show did an amazing job on Target Field. My mom walked in the room when I was playing and wondered if it was a real game. I found the seats we sat it, I found a couple of things in noticed in the stadium that i doubted they would but in the stadium but they did. Target Field is the most realistic stadium in this game

graphics is not everything, the pitcher is much more fun in mlb2k10 than in the show, i have a ps3 and prefer mlb2k10 the gameplay is better. Yes mlb the show 10 has more graphics.

Presentation is not even close. The Show kills 2K. The gameplay as well. Every aspect except 3 things, The Show wins. The swing stick and bat sound is much better on 2K. The pitching style and meters are much better on 2K and the throwing meter in the field. These are major but, everything else...yes everything goes to The show!

Every year MLB 2K puts out a game that is loaded with glitches that costs $60.00 and poor XBOX fans purchase it crossing their fingers in hopes that it has improved only to be disappointed.

Meanwhile. MLB The Show / Sony is constantly improving their game and increasing their fan base.

MLB 2K needs to stop making this game and Sony should make a version of this game for the XBOX which will all but kill what little fan base MLB 2K has left.

2k10 is way to hard and clean cut. Like when you play with the twins, their jersey's are flourescent white and everything is just too perfect, and not in a good way. If the mlb 2k series wants to continue they NEED to smoothen it up and make it look like the real thing, and not what they want it to look like. And they also need to work on the create a player and making players look more like what they look like in real life

2k10's commentary is better, I agree. But The Show has better gameplay in my opinion, and the presentation is decent enough to hold its own. I've had problems with 2k's gameplay in the past, so I have The Show.

Thanks for the comparison. Quite nice. Honestly felt the stadium itself (as well as the game intro commentary) was better in 2k10, but overall The Show is a far superior game on the field and with animations and player models.

The video screen is off, the outfield wall scoreboard is completely off, at least looks better in The Show, considering the fact is a video screen in real life. The skyline is way off in 2K10. Everything about Target Field in 2K10 looks horrible. BTW, I've been there for 12 games this season.

I dunno... the Show's players look great... but 2k10's look very, very BAD... both stadium representations look awesome... I think 2k10 would have a lot better luck winning this year, if they'd fix they're player animations... they look horrible... but presentation, stadium graphics, play by play... it's good. As for the Show... I've yet to find anything wrong.

Both look really good. What would sway me would be the presentation on these two. The announcing and sound FX seem to be better on 2K10, which in my opinion, adds to the immersive effect. I know I bought a Tiger Woods and the announcers were so bad, I returned it, it just got annoying.

I think I could compromise on graphics if it had the feel of a real ballpark, and 2K seemed to pull that off better.

@1MadCowz1 The way the game had it. That was either the default out of the box rosters or the first roster download. The first roster download had messed up twins lineups. Thome in right field, others all over the place. They were a mess.

Man, this is weird, both games look solid, The Show has better attention to detail within the game itself, and has better looking players. While 2K10 has all the other elements including the presentation in spades. Either way though, both games look solid, about time 2K10 took steps in the right direction.

As a matter of fact the discussion on this particular video is pretty refreshing. Usually I just hear "2K sucks balls" or "The Show is boring, it sucks!" Nice to see someone make a decision by comparing the facts. I obviously have both games and feel there is room for both regardless of personal preference for one over the other.

@bass4onelastfriday what I'd like to see is MS actually come out with their own sports line-up again. They have the money and resources to do it, so why not? Also, easier does not always = fun. I had a blast with MLB 2K10's pitching and batting interface, whereas The Show was an absolute chore to play through for the time I owned that game. If they combined the interface and presentation of 2K10 with the graphics of The Show? We'd have the ultimate baseball game here!

hands down graphics on the show are incredible and better then 2k10, if they could fix the commentary on the show like mlb 2k10 has then they would have the perfect baseball game

i never really relized how bad the shows commentary is untill now. its not that important but compared to 2k its terriable. 2k always seems to have better little details that add up but all the other sports games (mostly EA) beats them. Which game do you like better this year nadas?

I think the stadiums are a close call between both these games. The show doesn't handle the LED ribbon boards in the stadiums as well as 2K. The Show has the better player models and animations hands down IMO.
