Nice video, I have a question that I think you could help with. I'm having trouble determining how long and what temp I should be using to reinstall a BGA on a XBOX 360. I'm using the t870a and have the preheat plate set to 140c and the Ir at 220c but I'm not sure how long it takes to melt leaded solder. Any help would be great. o and it's the Hana chip 0.06mm Leaded Solder balls and the GPU 0.06mm leaded solder balls.
I have no choice but to use a hot air gun as I cant afford no other way. How can I melt the Bga chip back onto the motherboard after re-ball? how many minutes must i hold the hot air gun to melt the solders back on to the board?
Leaded solder balls, 63-37 are recommended for rework. I tape a thermocouple to the PCB next to the BGA...at 183C the above solder will melt. I set my hot air gun to 280C, and heat the BGA untill my thermocouple says 200C. You really have to experiment with scrap boards and learn how to control your particular system. You can also use an IR thermometer to monitor heat at the surface of the BGA. .
can you please provide us your email address for sending the quotation

how much tempurature and how long?

@timotikoscierzyna Depends on the bga and the size and type of the balls Ex: lead for type of metal balls, and the size in .mm of the balls.
