Lincoln Best is currently in BC doing field surveys of BC bees. if they don't know, they can tell you who does. lrbest@gmail.com. also, you can ID via Bee-BOL, the campaign that aims to obtain DNA barcodes for the bees of the world. but i hear there are better sites for doing that.
