@jamiekerr1234 This condition can be preceeded by some misalignments of the knee. When this is the case we can help. Make sure that you see someone who is competent and confident with extremities, (joints like knees, elbows, ankles etc). Good luck, Dr Ian
Hi Youtubers, Sorry for the delay in getting back to your questions, the practice has been flat out lately and then I am leaving to teach in Europe end of this week. Will get to your questions as soon as I can. Thanks so much for your support. All the best in health and happiness, Dr. Ian.
Could I ask a question. It is two months I started to run every weeks, 30 km per week. Each time after 5-7 km I have pain to both knees and to the tibia".....I had a deficiency of vitamin d, and I am having supplements. Do you think could be lnked to that?
@intrigantearsenico That is a massive compliment; much appreciated. To be fair tho, there are many good people doing this work and these posts are created to show what Gonstead Chiropractic can achieve. Thanks again and all the best to you. Regards, Dr Ian
Hello Dr. Ian, I am chiropractic student here in the U.S., Dallas Tx to be specific . I took an extremity adjusting class recently and was wanting to know after you adjusted the epicodyle what was the other technique you used because I was not taught this move. To me it looked like you were doing a "twist" like motion on the medial part of the tibia and I was not sure what you were trying to accomplish.
@DCtoB there were two adjustments made to the tibia, one for rotation, and one for laterality. refer to Gonstead seminars USA and look at the work of Dr. Mark Werking. Good luck with your studies and if you have any other questions feel free to ask. Thanks, Dr. Ian.
Wow that's great how you can do that. I play ice hockey and have fallen many times. One time on my left knee creating lots of pain. That was about 1 month ago and is still creating some pain. Should I see a chiropractor to help me out or should I wait? Reply would be appreciated.
@TheRetard1600 If it has been one month and the pain hasn't changed much, chances are there is a structural problem. I would recommend that you see a Chiropractor but only one that is experienced with specific conditions of the extremities, like knees, ankles, elbows, wrists, etc... In my opinion, you are best to start with a Gonstead Chiropractic specialist and enquire as to whether their specialty includes knees. Otherwise rely on direct referral from someone who has had a good experience. Ian
Thanks for the feedback. Please let us know if there is anything in particular you would like more information about. PS: Just saw this patient the other day, she is RUNNING now! Much better than crutches :-)
This is amazing! You are an inspiration to all Chiropractors and Chiropractic students! Thanks for sharing Dr. Ian! :)

It looks a lot better, but would you recommend aligning her hip also? Her leg looks like itʻs moving a little outward when she walks.
