Bronx River Clean Up Continues

@opalcomp, Following any severe rain or snow, the Bronx River floods in low-lying sections near Bronxville and Scarsdale. This year, the pooling runoff was accompanied by mud and detritus from eroding banked terrain on either side of the parkway.

Whoever posted the video should have listed some explanation of what was going on. I have no idea at this point, and I would like to know more, especially since I live in NYC, and also to understand river cleanup better.
