obviously u didn't do the "traditional" apple-pie when u have do some kind of pastry.

the filling is easy ,the pastry is the problem.

I've done it once and it was solid as a stone, it was difficult to chew XD XD

cracefulltiger, this apple pie has no bottom crust, so it is simple and very easy....it only has a top crust that is so easy to make and there is no way for you to go wrong making it. it is guaranteed to come out great!try it. :)

Hi, this looks really good! in the video you said you mix white and brown sugar with the cinnamon to add to the apples, the brown sugar was not inclluded in the ingredients for the pie filling. how much do I put?

thanks nsayel for coming by and leaving a comment. i used whatever i had brown sugar in the house..you may use ALL brown sugar in your recipe or half and half white and half brown of the sugar required for the recipe...i play it by ear!! whatever i have in the pantry i use and whatever i do not have i substitue.
