Can you post his score/level? It's hard to know how to gauge the required threshold or difference between a 6 or 7 for example without knowing this information. Thank you. :)

I seriously hate ielts questions. theyre so stupid!!! i got stuck because the questions were too stupid during the interview.

I just received my IELTS score card today. My overall band is 7.5 while I got 7 in the speaking module. I am applying for Canadian immigration so this is good enough for me to score maximum points. An important aspect about the speaking section is that it is never marked in points. You will always get a definite score like 5, 6 or 7. It is never in points. Anyway good luck to all the prospective candidates. I must say that these videos helped me a lot

@personalside are you still referring to the old system? they dont do that anymore. your score just happend to be 7. it could've been 6.5 or 7.5.

@PAMSARTR1 , no actually they can also give u with decimals like 5.5, 6.5, 7.5 in speaking and  in every module of ielts u can get score with .5 hope it helps. Good luck!
