This does not neccessarily mean that this sketch is a USA vs Russia thing. Only when he mentions anti-american idol, but he reffered to the time of cold war and that is just the way it was. I can say this: Russians CONSTANTLY poke fun at Americans and many commedians (like commedian Zadornov, he hates Americans) constantly make jokes about Americans on TV...but to be honest, you don't see hardly that much ridicule aimed at Russians on American TV.
