It's always sad when a school closes. Fortunately, the proposed project not only protects and preserves the school, it brings to Boulder a green built, mixed use, cohousing project with a beautiful community center. There will be space for the arts and lectures, yoga and theatre, an after school program and got the support of the last city council 7 to 1.
