i think this DLC was alot better than say: mothership zeta or point lookout (not saying they were bad but thats my opinion) here is how i rank the DLCs (and they are all very close):

Dude, this DLC is not bad! It's... Boring, but I like it 'cause you get amazing prices at the end! So nothing goes wasted. The Brotherhood armor, the Chine Stealth Armor that I used until I beat the game.

I got the GOTY edition and the discs didn´t read in my DVD drive the DLC disc failed to read many times and when it worked it took extremely long to install.

The DLCs have made the game crash alot more often.

It full of combat, and the combat system in Fallout is quite uncomfortable, to say the least. This thing could only have worked if the combat system and artificial intelligence were developed more. I hate it when your teammates just run straight into the enemy's bullets and get themselves killed.

Anchorage was trying too hard to be an action game.

Hell i found it the most boring out of the 2 add on i got from borrowing GOTY edition.

And even Zeta was trying to damn hard to be awesome.

Only point lookout and Broken steel are the only 2 DLC worth the download.

The rest can be a snack if you borrow GOTY ed from anyone else.

aha i actually quite enjoyed this dlc, i've played fallout 3 to death now, but i still somehow enjoy playing it, i have all 5 dlcs and im on about my 6th or 7th playthrough of the same ( all the way to lv30, all quests / sidequests done atleast 5 times O_O)

but this dlc i enjoyed alot more on the second runthrough, i enjoyed all of them more the second time infact.

Operation Anchorage and mothership zeta where crap..I meen they where ok but only worth playing for the items and weps. Operation Anchorage I found myself wanted to just finish it already so I can get the stuff. Broken steel should have been there but seems like they just cut it to make some money it was ok. The pitt was good alot of fun cool guns but to short. Point lookout was amazing!! Lots to do and see just to bad the others could not be more like that one.

I've played ALL of the expansions, and come to the following conclusions: Operation Ancorage is ok, only worth playing for the sexy weapons and armor at the end. The Pitt is very good, great weapons you can earn at the end- annoying search for ingots though. Point Lookout is simply brilliant, like a new game entirely. Broken Steel is fun, but it feels a bit stale, like Bethesda edited it out of the original for more money, but didn't bother to update it. Mothership Zeta is absolute shit.

umm id go with point lookout or the pitt myself if i had to choose cuz beth just updated the pitt's and point lookouts glitches. But between these two, I'd choose mothership zeta if u want new weapons and a cool environment, but you won't get the special ops perk and some new armor and other stuff. Personally i like operation anchorage better but then again im a fallout 1 and 2 fan and i like to sneak around and pickpocket ppl ;P so its just ur own personal perference.

umm, not that hard. Stimpacks, and sleep when ever you can. if you sleep in a bed that you have rented, like some hotel, or in one that you own, like the tenpenny suites or megaton home you will get a 20% xp bonus for the next 12 ingame hours.

To anyone who cares,

After exiting the vault I went to megaton to sell some stuff and then did Operation : Anchorage straight away I ended up level 8 ( Almost 9 ) 20k 10mm ammo 15k 5.56 2k .308 The best armors in the game (Chinese Stealth suit, Winterized T-51b power amor) the gauss rifle and some other goodies you get at the end of the simulation. My advice : Google "Keep your stuff from O : A" Will help you a bunch for the rest of the game.

To the first question, you've about a max of maybe 2 - 3 days, not including Mothership Zeta.

To the second question, yeah it does. All the add-ons are on it except Mothership Zeta, which I think will be released online for PS3. I use 360 and PC, so I don't know the specifics of the PS3 version, though.

what the ps3 does get is the Yellow Light of Death... I know it first hand.. it's the equivalent to the Red Ring of Death... But I agree I love the ps3 version of this game.. it is visually better... they are still ironing out the bugs from the other platforms and testing it out.. i say it'll be out next week or the week after.. hopefully...
