@10music4life once who have a new graphics card with at least 256MB of graphics (dedicated) memory, you should experience ocean animation. Anything less than 256MB ( especially for a old graphics card), no animation.

Move it down and your screen will go down flat, then you go under the ocean water and to look around, you spin it. :)

It's quite obviously just an animated representation of the ocean floor. It would be nearly impossible to actually take pictures of it.
