This video came up as a rec when I signed in to YouTube...I guess because I am using the internet in Japan. Anyway, I have seen Gollbetty twice (while waiting for other bands) and they are shit. They are only famous because of the stupid 'cute' factor of the lead singer. Their live show is crap and boring. I have also met the singer and she is a total bitch to everyone around her.

One major point you seem to have missed. This is a Japanese band who perform for a Japanese and have no distribution outside of their native country. You state that it's "fact" that the English section of this song makes no sense. If you're referencing the introductory sequence, it makes perfect sense - there are a few dropped words but for non-natives of the language I think that's understandable and pretty fair. I, personally am impressed by their English!

You are not their "consumer" unless you purchase their music, but a shitty retort like "learn to speak english" is pathetic and offensive. Yes, they are professional musicians, but for a Japanese audience, so the few spelling mistakes in the captions mean nothing and is common place, as it's not the writing system in Japan - the fact is they would have been (most likely) transferred from English to Katakana and back to English again, resulting in a spelling (but not phonetical) mistake.
