  • Sorry my english. This exercise in this video is a great exercise if you already have a flat stomach and a trained body with low body fat and you wanna try to sculp and get a sixpack. But if your stomach is stretched out and you have a big stomach and you want a flat stomach then this exercise is no point to do. To get a flat stomach, you have to burn more calories than you eat and train a lot of cardio traing and core stomack exercises. You have to sacrifice. NO PAIN NO GAIN!

  • To do this properly, try to NOT touch the floor with your shoulders, life them a bit, and you will feel the burn

  • @TomahawkLauncher Haha! Well you have to do some simple abs workout first. Do them for 2 weeks or even a month and then star these workouts. :)

  • What I don't quite get is, is the position of the arms. So you are supposed to position them slightly to front? Cuz I tend to keep them straight.

    Also, this often puts strain on my neck, is that normal?

  • @1MadVirus1 yo i dont think it matters alot whether elbows are a little up front. and maybe try relaxing your neck on your hands instead of straining your neck to support itself... your hands r gonna work harder if u do this, but its better then neck pain... i had this same problem and that worked for me

  • are you meant to breathe in when u rise up, or go down?

  • @haneorer when you go down, heres a trick to remember, breathe in on the easy part and breath out when you are doing the hard part. In this case when you rise up breath out and when you go down breathe in.

    Most likely you breathe out when you rise up, and in when you go back down.

  • It only works if you also do cardio and actually train your abs, YOU CAN NOT SPOT REDUCE. Trust me this guy did not get these abs from just doing alternate curls. I wish people wouldnt lead others to something with out telling them the whole truth about excercising. Especailly woman, men have more muscle mass and trust me I been working out most of my life and still dont have hard abs. What you eat and diet plays a big part to your ab work also.

    yea if you have no fat to burn then all you need to do is workout your abs. It's still a good idea to do cardio though just for your overall health

  • @candycane40 Sure you're true. But not everyone has a body that can be trained well. Some ppl do some ppl don't. Like for instance me, i don't train much, but when I train it has results immediatly.

  • well it depends on many thing like. what kind of budy typ you have what you eat, how much you rest what time on the day(for training the muscles is best done between 3:30pm and 6:00pm were the body have been in movment and havnt begun to slow down for the night)... but i will gess that in a mont or 2 you will be seeing some nice results ;)

  • That mostly depends on your diet. Developing abs is more about your eating habits than it it exercising. You can do 1000's of crunches everyday, but if your diet is unhealthy and full of fat, you'll never see your abs. My advice would be...do the exercise and start a cutting diet.

  • u must get the fat away.. go swimming, jogging or smth and eat healthy food
